Three people asked in one day
Wore them on a coffee run and got asked twice what I had on underneath. Nothing. That's the whole sell. The plaid band doesn't slide or twist, and the fleece is thicker than the photos suggest.

A tartan waistband stitched above the grey one. Two pieces of an outfit, arriving as one garment. You don't style these. You put them on.
A red tartan band, elasticated and attached at the top of the waistline, sitting about an inch and a half above the grey. It reads like you layered something underneath. You didn't. It never shifts, never rides up, never needs fixing in a bathroom mirror.
Above it the seam is left raw on purpose β locked at the stitch so it holds, finished open so it frays soft instead of unravelling.
The tartan band is stitched in, not styled in. Nothing to buy underneath, nothing to keep pulling up.
Deliberately unfinished at the join. It softens with wear. It does not come apart with it.
Three tonal lines run the full outer leg. On camera they stretch the frame. That's the whole trick.
Brushed inside, dense enough to hold a column instead of clinging. It drapes. Thin fleece hangs.
Cut wide through the thigh, softened at the ankle so it stacks over a sneaker instead of flaring like a skate pant. Our fit model is 6'0", 159 lbs, wearing XL β that's the pool you see on the leg.
Shorter frames: stay true to size and let it stack. Sizing down only narrows the leg and loses the point.
No. It's a single garment. The tartan band is sewn to the top of the waistline and sits above the grey band, permanently. Nothing underneath, nothing extra in the cart.
It's the design. The seam where tartan meets grey is finished raw and left open, with a locked stitch behind it, so it fluffs and softens over the first few washes rather than running. A genuinely broken seam is a different thing and we replace it.
The fleece is heavyweight with a brushed interior, not the flat jersey used on cheap wide-leg dupes. Wash cold inside out, tumble low or hang. Treated that way they hold shape and colour past a year of regular rotation.
Stay true to size. The leg is built to stack on the shoe β on a shorter frame it stacks more, which is the look it was cut for. Want less pool? Wear a chunkier sole, not a smaller size.
Unisex, worn as-is by both β the fit works off volume, not gendered blocks. Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours on business days, tracking hits your inbox at label scan, and you have 30 days from delivery to exchange or refund unworn with tags. No restocking fee.

Almost sized down, glad I didn't. They stack hard on my sneakers and it reads intentional rather than too long. The side stripes do something weird and good to how tall I look in photos.
Genuinely thought the fringe at the waist was damage when I opened the bag. Read the tag, washed once, and it fluffed into exactly what's in the photos. Four stars only because I'd have liked a heads-up on the packaging.
Normally grey sweats look like I've given up. These don't, and it's purely the waistband doing the work. Embroidery on the thigh is raised and clean, no cracked print.
I've bought three wide-leg pairs off TikTok and two were paper. This one has weight β it hangs in a straight line instead of clinging. Warm without needing anything under it.
Small thing but it matters β phone sits in there without threatening to slide out when I sit down. Drawcord holds tension too, doesn't creep back into the waistband.
Cold wash, hung dry. Colour hasn't shifted, the tartan hasn't bled into the grey, and the inside is still soft rather than matted. That's the part I was actually worried about.
These are a proper cold-weather pant. Great in October, too much in July. No complaints about the build, just be honest about the climate you live in.
Tracking landed the same evening I ordered and the pants arrived inside the week. Colour is the same heather grey as the listing, not the yellowish grey you sometimes get. Zero surprises.
Ordered the wrong size first, emailed, got a label back the same day and the replacement inside the week. Nobody made me justify anything. Rare.
In person the piping is subtle. On camera it draws a full vertical line down the leg and the whole fit reads longer. Didn't expect a detail that small to matter that much.
The tartan does the layering. The volume does the posture. The piping does the height. Your only job is putting them on.
